Refund policy
Upon completion of all processes, and once the Return of the Product is approved by us, we will refund the Full Price Product cost to you in the form of “Refund to Store Credit”. Returns against discounted styles for store credit only. Please note that styles on final sale and on or above 50% discount not eligible for return.
Refund to Store Credit -
- In case you have opted for the “Refund to Store Credit” method, the complete amount paid by you shall be given as full and final complete refund as store credit, subject to policies herein.
- Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product only with a validity of 90 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
- Valid Return Pick Up Request and Pick-up Charges borne by Us/You
- We don’t provide Return Pick-up facility within the territories of India as per our policies. However, we have mentioned the courier and logistics services provider(s)’ number(s) for your help, so as to help/assist you in arranging a pick up (as per terms given in the Return Form).. Charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any Return of Product received by us, which does not comply with our policies herein, or any Return request(s) received after 48 (Forty Eight) hours of delivery (as per terms herein, notwithstanding the delays) shall not be accepted by us, and in case the Product has been sent to us, will be returned to you, at your sole expense and risk.
Policy on Return Courier Service Provider -
- We strongly recommend you to please use reliable courier services like Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, First Flight, etc. while shipping the relevant Product to us for Returns.
- We provided under the Terms and Conditions (we require you to read the Terms and Conditions and overall Agreement carefully before engaging with us through purchases or otherwise), are not liable for the loss/damage of garments in Return transit.
Some miscellaneous requirements to be aware of for the Return Process -
- The Return form is compulsory for all Returns. Please make sure that it is enclosed in the packing, while sending the returns. For all returns, please mention specifically the terms “RETURN TO SHIPPER”, the relevant ‘Order Number’, and ‘SKU name’ on the package for easy reference.
- Any items purchased by the Store Credits (received as store credits upon successful valid Return) won’t be entitled for any further Return or exchange.
- CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMER ORDER FOR REASONS GIVEN HEREIN BELOW–
- We consider it our responsibility, that your desired Products/ reach you, as per policies specified herein. In this regard, (i) in cases wherein we are unable to ship your purchased Products within 30 (Thirty) days of you placing the order and the Company receiving the same, or, (ii) in cases wherein you do not receive tracking details within 30 (Thirty) days of placing the relevant Order and, the Company receiving the same, you are entitled to cancel the relevant Order placed by you by following the Return process mentioned above [Link may be provided here as well].
- In case of bona-fide cancellations of Orders as given above, we shall refund the amount directly into your bank account (as per the Return Form).
- In this regard please note that, the Return process can be initiated through the Email only, request sent on email will not be considered.
