PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE:
- All the purchases will be non refundable except damaged orders.
- All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- The exchange or refund is not applicable in case of order for custom size.
- If you have received the defective/damaged product or wrong product or size alteration issues, please send it back to us with your order no within 48 hrs after delivery with proper packaging and details. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
- There are some items that are Made to order- customized on customer request , which are not eligible for returns/exchange. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours of order.
Write to us at alyssumclothingart@gmail.com/ WhatsApp our sales team @ 7678170042 to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Alyssum and accept the Alyssum’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Need to Return/ Exchange:
- The product should be unwashed and unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags.
- The exchange is allowed once per order, it's valid within 48 hrs from the date on which these goods were delivered.
- In case the size you ordered is not good for you, we are happy to exchange the product for a different size one Bigger or small, in the same design and color. We request you to go through our size Chart thoroughly before placing your order to avoid the hassle of return. However shipping cost for return and re-shipping will have to be borne by the customer. - We do not accept returns for made-to-order items, accessories and discounted items unless it is a quality defect.
- SALE ITEMS ARE UNEXCHANGEABLE/ NON-RETURNABLE.
- Once received, our team will study the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the label should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a picture at alyssumclothingart@gmail.com or WhatsApp our sales team @ 7678170042. We will be happy to replace the product with the exact same product.
- All products that need to be exchanged shall be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a reply (by e-mail) regarding the issue
- Please note we DO NOT have a “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” RETURN Policy. If and only if there is an error on our part, will we be able to exchange the goods for an item of similar or higher value. In case you are unable to make exchange selection right away, you can opt for an online credit coupon of returned merchandise value. An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.alyssums.in ,This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, kindly use a reliable courier service
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have a reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that are not received by alyssums.in will be treated as not returned.

Why my exchange/return is not accepted?
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOES NOT SUIT YOU.
- Exchange not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also WhatsApp us @ 7978170042 to know more details about the product if needed.
- Please note we do not accept exchange/ returns for international orders. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at alyssumclothingart@gmail.com / WhatsApp our sales team @ 7678170042 within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will Refund the amount, In Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
